Vehicle reports

Autocheck offers vehicle reports which our customers can use to aid their vehicle transactions. These reports are provided in an easy to read format which can be shared, downloaded, or printed. View sample report

Our system also incorporates state of the art plate recognition, so a vehicle check can be initiated simply by taking a photo of any vehicle with a visible number plate.

Autocheck is fully responsive and functions on any mobile device just as well as it does on a PC, which means checks can easily be carried out wherever and whenever you or your staff need to access vehicle information.

Document Generation

Autocheck can generate all the documents vehicle traders need to enable day-to-day trading: VOSA, CIN, purchase agreements, valuation forms and more. Documents that require signatures can be sent to clients remotely and signed digitally using our digital signing functionality. Again, this can all be done from any modern device or PC.

Customised vehicle data

For businesses which do not require full vehicle reports, Autocheck has the flexibility to provide customised vehicle data based on the requirements of each individual business. There are three standard report types, but if that's not enough, you can choose from a wide range of data points, including:

• Stolen vehicle status
• Notification of any securities registered against the vehicle with the PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register)
• Warrant of Fitness status - including date of inspection and outcome
• Registration status - including the date a vehicle was first registered in New Zealand
